The belief
The new CMO is a CTO.
The job is shifting from running campaigns to building the things that make decisions and analysis faster and repeatable. I’d rather train my replacement than pretend it isn’t coming.

Exhibit A is this website.
A 3D ball that comes apart as you scroll, a 70/20/10 simulator, a geo-holdout road trip and private pages for the companies I want to work with — designed and coded with AI as a collaborator, then checked by a human.

Machines check. People decide.
The thesis, the creative bar and the trade-offs. Machines are great at checking the work; judgment is still the job.
