01 · Receipts

Campaigns and channels I’ve grown.

Each one is tagged with a line from your job description.

  • Landing pages & funnels

    10x

    Friction by Design · Shopify

I added a qualifying step before signup. It set the highest session-to-lead rate on record and unlocked 10x weekly investment once testing confirmed it.

  • Meta · paid acquisition

    5x

    Global paid media · Shopify

Scaled paid acquisition across four regions, from $10M toward a $100M annual mandate. Meta featured the work in Social Skills, Season 3.

    P-Valley launch · Starz

Full-funnel campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snap and Reddit, plus influencers. The most-viewed series premiere in the Starz app, 17% above the previous record.

  • Content that spreads

    #1

    Animal Crossing · Nintendo

The #1 U.S. trend on Twitter at launch. We timed paid social to the news of the Switch shortage.

  • Regulated financial products

    −45%

    First Republic Bank · Reprise

Cut cost per qualified lead 45% in one month with a new lookalike strategy, with every campaign going through compliance review.

    +25%

    Orders · Yami

Orders up 25% year over year with CAC 15% below baseline. Rebuilt lifecycle messaging lifted 30-day repeat purchase 5–12%.

Spec concept, not an official Tirios ad. AI-generated host. All investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Offering circular: sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=1975188.

02 · Hook lab

One host. A new hook every week.

Your organic runs on your founder’s time on camera. An AI host can test ten to twenty hooks a week. The founder re-shoots the winners.

Door
Start with $100
Hook
“You don’t need a hundred thousand dollars to own a piece of a rental home. You need a hundred.”
What it tests
Whether the down-payment contrast beats the welcome bonus as an opener.
What decides it
Cost per funded investor and first-investment size. Not views.
Made with
Runway and ElevenLabs. Script and edit by me.

Next in the queue

  • $100 door “In Monopoly, nobody wins by passing Go. They win by owning the houses.”
  • Bonus door “Most welcome bonuses are for credit cards. This one’s for owning rental homes.”
  • Course door “Nobody ever taught you how real estate investing works. That’s not your fault.”

The host explains how Tirios works. She never says she invested or earned anything, the video carries an AI label, and your Reg A legend goes on every post.

03 · Your funnel, from the outside

Four doors. One number.

This is built from the ads and pages you’re running in October, so treat it as a guess until I see the data.

  1. Start with $100to tirios.ai
  2. $1,000 bonus at $5,000to tirios.ai
  3. Free 20-minute callto trytirios.com
  4. 8-day email courseto Beehiiv

Funded investors and how much they put in first

Bid on funded, not signups.

At Shopify, adding friction before signup gave the algorithm a better signal than cheap leads. An investing app has the same problem: a signup isn’t worth much until it’s funded.

Two customers in one account.

The $100 starter and the $5,000 bonus investor need different hooks, different landing pages and their own scorecards. I’d read each door weekly on cost per funded investor.

The dividend is the referral moment.

Your call page says 90% of members who invest once invest again. The day a quarterly dividend lands is when someone is happiest with you. That’s when I’d ask for a friend.

04 · The first 30 days

A testing system by day 30.

  1. Week 1 · Learn

Map each door from click to funded. Learn the channels, the audience and how long compliance review takes.

  2. Week 2 · Ship

First tests live: new hooks on the AI host, one landing-page change, one offer test on paid.

  3. Week 3 · Creators

Pilot three to five personal-finance creators with a plain-language brief and claim guardrails built in.

  4. Week 4 · Scorecard

The first weekly report. Budget moves on a 70/20/10 split: proven, promising, pure tests.

After that, every week: ship Monday, read Wednesday, report Friday. Try the 70/20/10 split

05 · What I’d ask you

Before I’d change anything.

  1. Where does the funnel leak most: signup to verified, or verified to funded?
  2. Which door brings in the investors who come back for a second investment?
  3. What payback window works on a $100 first investment?
  4. How much growth comes from referral today?
  5. How long does compliance review take on a new ad?

I’d rather show you than tell you. If any of this is useful, I’d like 20 minutes to hear where it’s wrong.
